Who said that lawyers have

Who said that lawyers have to be dull and greedy. Power Philips from Denver is a good example of the exact opposite – founded by “to bitches from Hell and a short, fat guy in 1991”.

As they write: “Powers Phillips, P.C., is a small law firm located in downtown Denver, Colorado within convenient walking distance of over fifty bars and a couple of doughnut shops. Powers Phillips also maintains a small satellite office-in-exile on the cow-covered hillsides near Carbondale, Colorado, where it puts out to pasture some of its aging attorneys.”

It’s allways looking for new lawyers in Denver, who wants to work in a firm, where the “…goal is to make law practice compatible with a reasonable life and, occasionally to share a glass of wine and a good laugh, making a few bucks in the process. The tough part is our “eat what you kill” financial arrangement. This is not for wimps: you have to be capable of being responsible for yourself. (Come on, you don’t think we’re going to support you, do you?)”.

If I was a lawyer, I would apply for work there. God, if it was the same attitude in danish editorial teams. Link found at boingboing.
